Despite a BA from Stanford in Political Science, Charlyne Hermes Brown, developed a rewarding 50+ year career in the world of Interior Design. Over the years she worked on numerous kitchen projects — specifying the design and implementation of all kitchen aspects., After moving to the Monterey Peninsula in 2002, in addition to design work, she has enjoyed a small second calling as a primate chef. Focused on feeding mostly retired clients, it is a rewarding late-life endeavor.
